We take client confidentiality seriously. We will not disclose your confidential information except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services to you. Clients are responsible for protecting any login credentials or secure access we provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, documents, and tools created by PLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

PLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our liability in any matter related to services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
